King County Residence

This residence is located on a partially treed 2.5 acre lot in King County southeast of Redmond, WA. The existing home is being modified and expanded.

ZLA is working with the design team to develop a site plan that ( includes  architect, arborist and owner)  modifying the parking, driveways, open space, sidewalk / walkways, landscape buffers and recreational site features.

The project is currently in the earth design stages.
