Columbia Streetscape

ZLA was requested by the Port of Kennewick  to assemble  a Schematic Masterplan (740 in length and 36’ in width)  along the north side of East Columbia Drive the street adjacent to the future Winery District. The plan addressed sidewalk layout, pedestrian crossings of driveways (hardscape materials), plant material plan, bus stop design, and lighting templates for the north side of the street.

The Schematic Master plan was formulated  in conjunction with the Port of Kennewick and the City of Kennewick.
