Ralph M. Lewis Soccer Complex, Fontana, CA.

 

Assisted the City of Fontana on a master plan renovation for the existing sports field complex.

 

Mr. Zollner prepared procurement documents for a ‘fast track’ design build project. Qualifications for required disciplines included, survey, civil, electrical and sports field contractors. Documents included specification perimeters, schedules and product control.  Assistance for ‘best value’ selection was provided by Mr. Zollner. Project was completed on time and under budget.

 

The renovation included a new parking lot, four grass fields to be converted to synthetic surface. A central pedestrian linkage which had provisions for bleacher viewing between fields. A memorial plaza, office and storage building facility and Finish grades and lighting system adjustments were part of the package.
