Project Type: Jackson High School
Jackson High School, Mill Creek, Washington
The 60 acre Everett School District High School was designed and built to meet the needs of approximately 1,800 students and the surrounding community.
The design process included extensive review with three organized neighborhoods adjacent to the original undisturbed and forested site. A large effort was taken to buffer the neighborhoods from the intense use of the high school. In addition to the neighbors, there was extensive team coordination and collaboration with design team to bring the project from conception to completion.
Martin Zollner was the project landscape architect and was responsible for all landscape architecture and sports related facilities during the planning and hearing phases, conceptual, construction documents and construction phases.
