29th Street Extension*, Bellevue, Washington

Marty Zollner was the project landscape architect for this street improvement project. The project’s final phase was completed in Fall of 2005 for the City of Bellevue Department of Transportation and Public Works.

The project involved extending NE 29th, an existing east-west city arterial and further enhancing the corridor . Other disciplines included: wetland assessment, biological assessment, air quality, noise analysis, hydraulics and retaining walls, surveying and mapping, geotechnical investigations, utility impact assessment, right-of-way documentation and permitting graphic presentations. The project also included on and off-site wetland mitigation plantings.
